For best results and to protect your cookware, we recommend hand washing your stainless steel stockpot with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.
We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the cookware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.
To clean the Slow Cooker Base, wipe it with a damp cloth. Never immerse the base in water.
When using the slow cooker, always place it on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter. Keep the appliance, hot cookware and cord out of reach of children and away from water.

"The materials are beautiful, and the heating side of it spot on. I do wish it had an on button or at lease a light to signal it is on. That would be helpful, but more importantly it would alert me to know it is turned off. A feature that would time it, with an auto turn off would also be great. I'm disappointed that after calling customer service and leaving a message-twice, that NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. I had a question on size and proportion of foods for recipes, since there are numerous pan sizes. Not good to ignore customers!. . esp at the price of investment for your products."
