"Even though following the directions in the pamphlet that came with the pans to the letter, my first experience culminated in burnt green beans and discoloration inside of the pan. My second experience was cooking a small piece of steak With a little bit of olive oil and medium heat. Although the steak came out very well, the pan again was horribly discolored. No wonder. All of them were there too. stainless steel cleaner is needed with every use. I thought by spending a lot of money on quality pans I would be saving myself work!"

Which pans does the free slow cooker base that comes with the 9-piece set fit?

Hi ! I would like to buy 2 15 pieces set , but I want to know if instead of the 3 Q saucepan and 2.3 Q casserole pan you can replace them for 1 Q saucepan and 8 Q stock pot. How much it would be ? Am I going to get the 20% off ?

do the handles get hot? do you have to use a pot holder?
The long handles stay nice and cool. The short handles on the stock pots can get a little warm. We recommend using a pot holder for the short handles. Please let us know if I can help with anything else. Have a great day!
Hello. Would the sauté pan work as a fry pan, just leaving the lid off? Or does the fry pan have some other feature that the sauté pan does not have? I'm not knowledgeable about this stuff so please forgive the newbie question. :)
