Ingredients

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup chia seeds

3/4 cup applesauce

2 tsp ground cinnamon
-
1 tsp ground ginger
-
1/2 cup brown rice syrup

4 tbsp runny honey
-
1/2 date palm sugar
-
2 cups raw almonds
-
1 tsp sea salt
-
3 tbsp virgin coconut oil (heat to liquify)

1 1/2 cups dried unsweetened cherries, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix all the ingredients together except the cherries and spread evenly over Large Cookie Sheet or Jelly Roll Pan
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Mix it up with a wooden spoon every ten minutes, making certain to turn the browned granola from the top, to the bottom.
Allow the granola to cool before transferring to an airtight glass or stainless steel jar.
