Ingredients

3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

1 cup Cheddar Cheese

1 cup cubed ham
-
1 cup cubed sausage

1/4 cup green onions
-
10 eggs
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat the inside of your 360 cookware bake & roast pan with olive oil or butter.
Layer your pan with potatoes evenly at the bottom of your pan. Layer on top chesse, ham, sausage & green onions.
In a large bowl whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and seasoning. Pour your mixture overtop of the pan filled with potatoes.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top has turned a golden brown and the center does not jiggle. Serve & Enjoy!
