Non-stick spray or high smoke point oil

Freshly ground pepper
Directions
Heat the 11.5” Fry Pan over medium heat for 3 minutes
Lightly spray or add oil to the pan
Gently crack the egg and add it to the pan.
Season with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning
Cook until whites are set and yolks are cooked through as desired
Gently slide your spatula under the egg and make sure it doesn’t stick
Flip egg using the spatula and continue cooking until the eggs have reached your desired level of doneness
