This is such a simple and delicious recipe that I make very often. It’s great for Summer dinners mixed with fresh fruit, veggies and rice or in the Winter with corn bread and baked beans. It’s a fan favorite and perfect dish for a crowd as well as something you can whip up quickly when you aren’t sure what to make.
Cookware & Bakeware Items Used For This Recipe:
- 9x13 Bake & Roast Pan
- 4 Quart Mixing Bowl
- 2 Quart Saucepan (used for side dish of rice)
Ingredients
- 6 Drumsticks

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper
-
2 tsp Garlic Powder
-
1 tsp Onion Powder
-
1/2 tsp Paprika
-
Olive Oil Spray
-
1/4 cup Coconut Amino
-
2 tbsp Honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place drumsticks in 4 Quart Mixing Bowl and spray olive oil on drumsticks to coat.
Put all the additional ingredients in mixing bowl with drumsticks and mix to coat over all drumsticks.
Place mixing bowl in fridge and marinate at least 1-2 but can go longer too! Half way through marinating toss to coat drumsticks again.
Once ready, bake for 45 min on your 360 9x13 Bake & Roast Pan. I like to place foil under for easy clean up but isn't needed.Once it's in the oven and cooking about 20 minutes or so flip drumsticks over to cook the remainder of time.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
