This is an easy dessert with endless possibilities. Experiment with your favorite fruit- cherry, apple, raspberry, blueberries, etc.

5-6 peaches, peeled, cored and sliced (about 4 to 5 cups)

1/4 cup Sugar

a pinch of Salt
- 1 9oz box Lemon Flavored Cake Mix
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions
Combined the peaches, sugar and salt directly into your 2.3 Quart Casserole Pan or 3 Quart Saucepan.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together cake mix and cinnamon. Once complete, sprinkle the mixture evenly over your peaches.
Cover your saucepan and cook over medium heat until vapor begins to escape from the lid, about 5 minutes.
- Spin the lid to engage the Vapor Seal, then immediately reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 20 minutes or until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is firm to the touch.
