Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Ingredients

15 hawaiian rolls
-
2 Ibs ribeye steaks, thinly sliced

1 clove of garlic minced

1 large yellow onion
-
1 large green bell pepper
-
1/4 teaspoon paprika
-
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
-
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-
12 slices of provolone cheese
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
2 tablespoons salted butter
-
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Garlic topping:
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp dried thyme
-
4 tablespoons salted melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grab your jelly roll 360 pan and coat with olive oil. With a knife separate the slider rolls in half. Placing the bottom of the rolls into the prepared jelly roll pan. Layer mayonnaise on top and set aside
In a large skillet add oil and butter to pan and let melt at medium-high heat. Add in thinly sliced ribeye steaks, sliced onions and green peppers until softened and translucent and steaks are cooked. Add in garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Stirring occasionally until they all blend together, 3-5 minutes
Evenly add mixture over the top of prepared bottom half of rolls. Layer on cheese. Place top half of the Hawalian rolls
In a small bowl mix together garlic powder, thyme and salted melted butter. Brush tops of sliders evenly until mixture is gone. Cook the sliders in oven for 10-15 min or until you have gooey provolone cheese and tops are a crispy golden brown. Serve cheesesteaks and enjoy!
