4 Chicken Breasts

1 Cup of Rice

1 Can of Cream of Mushroom
-
1 Cup of Water
-
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Fresh Rosemary
Directions
In your large mixing bowl, mix together cream of mushroom, rice and water together.
Pour into 9” Round Baking Pan and layer with chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Serve on top with fresh rosemary and salt and pepper to taste.
