Ingredients

1- 14 Oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder Unsweetened

2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
-
Pinch of Salt
-
4 Cups Whole Milk
-
4 Cups Half and Half
-
Marshmallows
Directions
Pour all ingredients into your 6 Quart Slow Cooker Stock Pot and mix well.
Turn your slow cooker base on to setting 2. Stirring every 30 min for 2 hours.
Top with marshmallows and turn slow cooker all the way down to setting 1.
You can leave slow cooker on low to serve.
